Just finished tuition with Michal , oh and I mean we covered on thermal physics and energy,work,power , losing my bible from Michal was not a very good sign , I hate the inconvenience of picking up the thick physics textbook and flipping through so many darn pages just to search for the formula , I now have to rewrite Michal's bible all over again , maybe this will help me refresh up all over again

Conservation of energy states that energy can neither be created nor destroyed but can be changed from one form to another eg. light to heat
