Today was one of the most F-ed workouts ever , i dont know why my left wrist still hurts so badly. I tried to go for a free weight military press but when i swinged it over. The pain really got to me and its really fucking demoralising.

I cant do nuts now , not even one pumping. But after this rest i swear i am going to jump back in fast.
