okay today seemed like long day , i dont know why. After the run , there was super alot of beehoon la and so i helped myself. Been addicted to fried bee hoon and kuay teow recently. Its like the trend in my class haaha , 打包 back to the lecture halls and eat.

i just need the bloody wrist to recover faster so i can be fiercer in my workouts. I still feel the pain and it sucks. Need to run more and need to be leaner.
Going to set my resolutions right again hahaha.
