Back day is always the worst day. My fingers look rotten , blisters and lines all over my fingers and palms. My hands have no hope already.
My whole back is feeling damn swollen and i am really liking the feeling. Tried to hit shoulders 2nd time in the week. Not successful at all , i got quite giddy after the shoulder press and i totally stopped after that excercise
Not many days left to the regatta, the date draws closer everyday but i dont feel prepared and it is time to do so.
First prac tmr and i cant wait , camp log after that too heh.
Slipknot is too kickass
