Today was one of the most F-ed workouts ever , i dont know why my left wrist still hurts so badly. I tried to go for a free weight military press but when i swinged it over. The pain really got to me and its really fucking demoralising.

Every group seems tough sia. Still , i feel excited and nervous at the same time cause its my virgin race and i am hoping for the best. I cant just hope , i have to put in effort as well. So today i will train doubly hard and rest doubly hard on sat before the race.
