Wooo , i strained my butt muscle haha. I planned to do 3 small rounds of farmer's walk around the gym. I did it with wrong form in the first round and my butt muscle gave way after round 2 and so i decided to skip round 3.
My back is still aching from wednesday's deadlifts. Need to improve my back by alot more , the holidays are coming and it will be a good timing to do so heh.

I HAVE THE 8 MILLION TICKET IN MY HANDS HEHEHHEHEH!!!
