First rowing session and it already has a huge gash and chip at the blade. I shall take it as battlescars , nvm la hahahh. Went for long distance yesterday and really damn tiring thats why the paddle keep hitting the gunrail. Later on something interesting happened but i wont elaborate on it.

Out for nearly the entire day was damn tired but still went to BTP to find LCM at his workplace. He really do sai kang. I only keep see-ing him climbing ladders and help his boss take things down. He look abit like the aircon man without the air. I think i have been meeting tuan jiaw too many times lately. Thats why all the dumb shit keep appearing in my head lol.


This drama really nice to watch. The young girl really can act very well and she is damn cute. She is so young yet she can express herself so well.




Just came back from gym session with mr handsome , jonathan teo. My gym endurance sucks , i cant do heavy weights for long la. I am going to start running again starting from tmr , build up stamina and burn fats. Running burns muscle also la but i dont really care. I need to be ripped
